I remember the first time a client came back after her infill. She looked at me, her lash extensions almost completely gone, and I saw the disappointment in her eyes... It was a huge blow to my self-confidence, but also to my fledgling business...

And that was just the first…

Then, other clients came back after 2 weeks with very few eyelashes. They had paid €90, and had almost nothing left!

I didn't know where to turn; I had to deal with unhappy customers, and that was normal. I had invested all my heart and money in this project, and every customer who left disappointed reminded me that I risked losing everything. It was a bottomless pit.
