It all depends on the online course and your learning pace. On average, it takes between 5 and 30 days, depending on how often you progress.

If you have completed an online training course, you will receive your training kit within 3 to 5 business days after the start of your session . For example, if your training starts on the 1st of the month, you will receive your kit between the 3rd and the 8th. If it starts on the 15th, you will receive it between the 18th and the 23rd.

Your invoice is automatically sent by email after your purchase. If you haven't received it, it's possible there was an error in the email address you provided. In this case, contact us at contact@maisonregard.fr , specifying your first and last name and the corrected email address to which you would like to receive your invoice.

It depends on your delivery address. Orders are processed and shipped the same day if you order before 1 p.m.

Then, delivery can take 1 to 3 days if you take express delivery in mainland France.

For standard delivery, it takes 2 to 4 working days (always in mainland France).

For any order over €80, we strongly recommend choosing signature-on-delivery . This option offers additional security by guaranteeing that your package will be delivered to you in person.

Important : In accordance with our shipping policy, as soon as the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided, the order is considered delivered. Maison Regard cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft after this indication.

In the event of a dispute, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier concerned directly.

Lorsque votre commande est envoyée contre signature ou livrée dans un point relais, il est très important de vérifier immédiatement l’état du colis avant de l’accepter.

• Si le colis vous semble suspect (abîmé, ouvert, ou anormalement léger par rapport à votre commande), n’acceptez pas le colis et refusez-le directement auprès du livreur ou du point relais.
  
• Une fois le colis accepté et signé comme récupéré, il est considéré comme conforme. Dans ce cas, aucune réclamation ne pourra être prise en charge si le problème provient du transport.
